When you contact us or sign up for our service, we may collect your name, email address, company name, and IP address. We collect only what is necessary to provide and improve our service.
Your operational data — the rows, the records, the people — stays on the appliance deployed at your premises, behind your firewall. The two deployment postures differ only in what happens to the model’s reasoning, never your data. On the Standard posture, controlled outbound exists for the model’s thinking alone, routed to a named provider under contract — never your rows, never your records, never anything that identifies your operation. The Sovereign posture removes even that outbound edge: the model runs locally on the box and nothing leaves the building.
Under the Icelandic Data Protection Act (Act No. 90/2018) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and port your personal data. You may also object to or restrict its processing at any time.
